Yes and Yes. The course was very professional and to the point. It explained what is expected of an agent, what the rules and regulations are and how they apply to what we do. For me... the course just re-enforced what I had been trained by the Admissions Director at my school. There were no big surprises, because if it wasn't already common sense, I had been previously trained in respect to it. I say that, but I also believe it is a course that is definitely needed for all admissions agents and reps, myself included. It's good to know that we are "spot on".
