I would like to see some research on the effectiveness of frequently calling persons and asking the same people the same question and expecting different results.  I am not a sales person, however,  What is the effectiveness or ROI in terms of man hours vs outcomes?

Jay mentioned two conventions during the webinar, but I did not catch the names of those conventions or what organization they are associated with.  I would like to do some follow-up research on them. Pleaese let me know.

Hi Amy, the two conferences/conventions were APSCU, our national association - Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities and PAPSA - the Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators.

The APSCU national conference was in Dllas this past June and the PAPSA conference was last week in Valley Forge.

Hi Marilyn, I think one of the most challenging issues is to ensure that our employees across the board understand, and are compliant with, the new and expanded federal regulations regarding misrepresentation and prohibitive acts in working with students and prospective students. Such communications cross all functional areas of our institutions and now expand to those outside of our schools that are representing us as well. It's only problematic if an institution does not have policies, procedures and training in place to ensure that understanding in every communication.
