The Lounge

I realized that it does not matter how long a person has been in a classroom setting, one still needs to be prepared.  What is so amazing is that students can really detect the unreadiness.  Students have a tendency to follow.  It also pays to share with the class their expectation and what they are expected to learn out of the class.  Effective  Teaching strategies is excellent and I certainly enjoyed the class.
